I am with Icogneto. That sucks, and the cop whose doing that job sucks as well.

I can blame the cop because he took the job, and likely is an idiot who is relegated to the j-walking patrol.

The law itself is rediculous. City's should be made for ther people, not cars. As Calgary is transforming, and allowing downtown to become more of a residential zone, there will be more and more foot traffic downtown.

I can agree that J-walking is a finable offense when obstructing traffic. Otherwise, give me a break.
