Since he's been scratched earlier this year I've noticed a huge improvement in his work ethic without the puck, you can tell he's putting in a solid effort to backcheck and break up plays. He doesn't look too lazy out there to me.
If you say he's a young player that needs more time in the AHL to continue improving his game and going to Abby will allow him to play a lot of minutes to do so................sure, I can buy that.
But when you see people say things like he's horrible in all 3 zones? Way over the top, imo.
