It's a toughie alright.
Flu shots doesn't cause autism...FYI.The " autism" myth has been debunked and has been removed from peer reviewed articles and publications. I encourage you to consider getting the flu shot to protect your family, especially your kids.Unless of course you or any of your family members has had anaphylactic reactions to it in the past. Getting your annual flu shots won't make you or your your kids genetically resistant as well. The annual flu shots contains "dead" strains of past flu virus' that the World Health Organization(WHO)has identified previously based on strains from last year. This years flu shot includes "dead" strains of H1N3 (cousin of H1N1), B Massachusetts and 1 more that I can't recall (strains that the WHO identified from last year and maybe this year). So they put different "dead" strain to the flu shots every year, so therefore, your body's immune system will keep "guessing" whats coming so it won't develop resistance in case you get the influenza. Or if you are really not convince, encourage your family and yourself to wash your hands regularly with just soap and water! I hope you and your family a healthy holidays!
