You are in the wrong then. You decided 10 km over was a good amount over. What happens when you come up to somebody doing 105? He doesn't want to pull over for somebody ripping along at 110.
Then he comes up to somebody who says "I am doing the
maximum- 100. I'm not pulling over for somebody ripping along at 105.
Slower traffic keep right. There is no fine print that says as long as you are already doing the speed limit- keep in whatever lane you want.
