Hey I'll put this into place, instead of a fine, there should be a reward system in place for me taking out jaywalkers, I mean the ones that are causing all of the problems. Maybe $25.00 per head, $50.00 if they have some agility to go with thier stupidity

We live in a society with too many laws. I break them, I get fined. So be it, I know that....
I have a real issue with people not taking responsibility for their actions, and relying on laws and society for them.....but this is a whole different discussion that I could right a book on.....I digress...
