Great, but Laws are designed around society as a whole and not just you. And I hope that there's not one time when you make a mistake or misjudge and get smoked, and I watch my tax dollars getting spent on somebody who should then be taking responsibility for themselves.
Hey I'll put this into place, instead of a fine, there should be a reward system in place for me taking out jaywalkers, I mean the ones that are causing all of the problems. Maybe $25.00 per head, $50.00 if they have some agility to go with thier stupidity
