I don't think you should mistake impatience for incompetence.
I think a major factor here IS the impatience, the belief that things SHOULD be further along, and that Feaster and Weisbrod were seemingly obstacles to accelerating the rebuild process.
That doesn't necessarily mean the process will be accelerated at the detriment of the final product, but maybe more of the idea that delaying the firing of Feaster was delaying the rebuild.
Based on an impartial review of the previous years of the Flames, there is plenty evidence to conclude the organization should be further along in their rebuild than they are. Not having the correct management personnel is obviously part of that.
I am now more optimistic about the long term stability of the organization today than I was yesterday or any point in the preceding 3 years.
