If this is wrong, the whole premise of a used car lot would be fraudulent. Hell, there are entire television channels dedicated to showing people buying things for cheap (from discarded junk to antiques to cars and even houses), and selling them for more than they paid. They are celebrated for their ability to do this.
As for the whole "return it to a store", it is a little sneaky and it would be a crappy thing to do to a mom&pop or some small outfit (or even not so small), but if its Wal-Mart, its okay.

Fair enough on the tickets, it wasn't the best example. I think the thought process was that if I bought tickets from someone on here, and then reported the same tickets at a higher price, it would be pretty shady.
I totally disagree on the mom&pop vs. big box argument. How does the size of the store make this right? This individual might as well have gone in, bought 2 games, stolen 2 more, and then returned all 4. What's the big deal about that? He just got a little store credit, and Walmart got to sell the games again. No harm, no foul.
As to the comments about white knights, I guess it's just that I value my integrity at more than $160. If others don't, I guess it's not really my concern.
