I don't get this one. If someone bought Flames tickets from me and then sold them at a profit, well, good for them. What have they done to me?
If this is wrong, the whole premise of a used car lot would be fraudulent. Hell, there are entire television channels dedicated to showing people buying things for cheap (from discarded junk to antiques to cars and even houses), and selling them for more than they paid. They are celebrated for their ability to do this.
As for the whole "return it to a store", it is a little sneaky and it would be a crappy thing to do to a mom&pop or some small outfit (or even not so small), but if its Wal-Mart, its okay.
