It is kind of sad reflection of society where people will go out of their way to take advantage and abuse a system to their benefit for a service meant to help a customer. I just don't understand people taking advantage of people or companies like this. Is it really worth it? I guess there are sharks out there looking to take advantage of people and can justify to themselves it is okay because it is a faceless corporation. If a mom and pa company had the same policy, to better service their customers, would you still take advantage of it?

I think the all mighty buck really makes people do strange things. I remember a while back stopping to help push a car that was stuck and another person with a truck stopped and said they would help for fifty bucks. I honestly didn't know what to say. Took longer but we got the car out without the help of the person in the truck.

Sorry for the long rant, just seems each day you see or hear things that make you shake your head. Whether it is speaking ethically or just on the general state of humanity now days.
