How old is the OP? Not that something like this is "right" at any age, but I was pretty stupid and did things like this when I was in my late teens/very early 20's.

I actually used to consider myself quite the scam master "back in the day". I won't get into the whole story as it might give some youngins some bad ideas (not that you could even do this anymore, but I digress...), but I, I mean, some guy I used to know, managed to make (no joke or exaggeration) over $15K off of one of those Mac's "buy 4 cokes and get a free flames ticket" promo they used to do each year. That was in 2004 and it never happened again, but i don't think that was because of the scam, moreso because the Flames had their run that playoffs and tickets have been in demand ever since.

It was a pretty crazy scam though, it involved homeless people, paying high school kids, elaborate disguises, dropping 1000's of leaflets in every post secondary institution in this city and driving around for 3 days like a drug dealer, meeting people to sell tickets anywhere and everywhere, and at the end, $15+K, all in small bills, carryed around in a car glovebox!!
