Why?
If its all about cost cutting measures and building efficiencies then the superbox contractors are probably the best route.
Probably the best thing to do is to completely shut down any kind of physical delivery and force electronic where they can and for the few that can't do electronic put a Canada Post pickup in every convenience store.
Plus the superbox delivery would probably be a part time job and not worth the $25.00 an hour that the mail carriers get now.
