Well... there were some bright spots tonight. Played pretty good for most of the game, then just got outclassed by a team that knows how to win. However, for most of the game we kept them off the scoreboard. Besides their 2 goals, they really didn't have too many chances. First goal, certainly can't blame anyone for, 2nd goal, equal ugliness for Brodie and Berra. It's frustrating, but that's how this team is going to be for a little while.

I hope Berra can find a way to close a game. Some people point out that a lot of goals aren't his fault, but that's the difference between an NHL goalie and AHL goalie. They have to bail a team out a few times a night to win. The thing is, he is capable of it, it just looks like a case of nerves to me almost. He does make some outstanding saves sometimes, but he needs to make those when we need it most.

Either way, we are definitely into the grind of the season now... we're really starting to see this teams weaknesses, but we can see a few strengths too. We need to score goals...
