All good suggestions. Some notes:

- I would save Ripley's Aquarium until the daytime on Monday. Lines are supposed to be pretty brutal on weekends.

- Best Dim sum (without being crazy high-end) in Chinatown is at Rol San. It doesn't use carts, but little menus. Great selection and freshness. Go early (before 11:00am) if you don't want to wait in line. However, since you are out in Brampton, there are likely great places out there.

- If you like art, AGO is top notch. You can easily do Dim Sum, do a loop through Kensington market, then walk the 3 blocks west to the AGO. A couple more blocks west of AGO is Momofuko for a noodle bowl before heading home.

- Hockey Hall of Fame is close to St. Lawrence Mkt. It is yuppier than Kensington, but all inside. You could just do the Hockey Hall of Fame then ride the subway up to Yorkille/ROM - though that is a lot of "museum" time.

- You could also look into a theatre performance or music:

- Eat. A lot. High end lunch or low end, there is food everywhere. Both Markets have great food, so maybe go hungry.
You want Burger's Priest:
