The Sharks were on the offensive prowl but were stonewalled by Harding. The Bhawks get back to winning as they defeat the Panthers 6-2 and scored 3 PPGs in the game. The bad news is that crawford was injured in the 1st period and left the game. Antti Raanta, the Bhawks 3rd stringer came in and gets the win. Kane and Sharp each had 3 points. The Capitals beat the Rangers 4-1 at MSG. The Caps scored 3 goals in the 2nd period. Handzus scored the 3rd goal on a penalty shot with a wicked slapshot. The Caps also used their 3rd string goalie Phillipp Grabauer in the win facing 31 shots. Pouliot ruined Grabauer's shutout bid with 1:53 left in the game.
