Doesn't work like that, you aren't the one to decide if charges should be pressed. If it turns into harassment, you can take it to the police, then they and the prosecutor decide if charges are worthy. If I recall though, they'll want to try a restraining order first before escalating it.
This is Drama 101; leave it be and usually it'll go away, with the one starting it ending up in a worse position than before.
