Does anyone remember the name of the restaurant that was in the same location prior to king of subs opening?

I used to live kitty (kiddie?) corner to that intersection in Whitehorn a long time ago. 44th and 52nd. We moved just before that sub place opened. But I remember a lot of my friends in the area talking about it.
Before that it was one of those mysterious places where no business could survive longer than 18 months, like that Seinfeld episode with the Dream Cafe. I even remember asking my friends, hey has that sub place closed yet? What is it now? Haha. I guess they finally broke the streak.
At one point it was even a chiropractic office I believe.
I'm really trying to remember the food joints that used to be there... I know there were a few. EDIT: There was a burger and shake place there once.
