The question was asked before how other cities do it? I seem to recall in Winnipeg them making an ad campagn in the 90s about how they were not responsible for damage they cause to vehicles left on snow routes or residential streets when a parking ban was in place. Yes- there are times in Winnipeg when nobody is allowed to park on the strret.

Haha! There is a car still parked on our main street. They just plowed around him. I imagine he'll be getting that car out sometime around April.
