Great, that means I can no longer use the adjective I was planning on using to describe the people who did that on our major street. Then a couple of hours later when I was walking my dog I watched the crews trying to work around the people who decided they could park there. They did their best theu could; but still didn't get it done as well as they could have.
So people being self centred and lazy resulted in the streets not getting cleared properly. Thanks.
The question was asked before how other cities do it? I seem to recall in Winnipeg them making an ad campagn in the 90s about how they were not responsible for damage they cause to vehicles left on snow routes or residential streets when a parking ban was in place. Yes- there are times in Winnipeg when nobody is allowed to park on the strret.
