As for the hands - he missed a couple days of work screams I need to make my point. Your hands and wrists arent going to feel great when being arrested.
Any word as to why he was actually arrested? I am having a tough time buying into the parked in a wrong spot. Perhaps he parked in a wrong spot, cops showed up, ran the plate and he had a warrant of which the daughter was unaware of. That seems more realistic.
EDIT: after reading the story 2 things stand out
1)
2) If your illegally parked and get a ticket, take your medicine and move on. Stepping out into traffic with the "look at me, im photographing you" attitude is the wrong approach. That said, the officers should have just wrote another ticket for obstructing traffic and moved on. Arresting a guy is a waste of everyones time and I believe he deserves compensation. More of a big mess up by the cops than brutality.
