I believe NORR is the architect on the Eau Claire Residential Lands (the parking lots next to Eau Claire). That RFP came out in November of 2011, so maybe that's it? Or perhaps this is the rumoured Gateway project... either way, I know a major oil and gas company in Calgary might be doing something extremely massive here too soon. Fun times.
