As far as the holding thing goes, I think it has to do with how the rabbitt is socialized when they are young. Rufus used to love to lay on my chest and lick my face while getting his ears rubbed and watching television.

Has she developed an appreciation for television? One of Rufus' favourite things was to watch hockey because of all the moving colours and objects. Of course, he also used to love watching the "waving Canada Flag" 2004 World Cup of Hockey DVD menu. He would sit and watch it for as long as I would leave it up for him.
