I really like what the kid had to say, shows he's smart and already mature thinker. Not all players that age would be cerebral enough to to make those thoughtful. Good sign for what he could be moving forward.
Maybe it's just me though, but nothing he said makes me feel like he's definetley sign here. All I heard was that he likes Calgary (smart thing to say in case he does sign here). But signing hasn't happened yet and it will when it will. What I took from all of that was that he's a kid who truly understands he's got options, knows the right thing to say and will consider his options, which includes signing here.
