Ford seems to be all the rave these days. I personally haven't driven one.
Dodge has nuts, and they finally stepped up their interior in 2013. This is my current work truck, and I like it.
Toyota. I wouldn't do it. Have never owned one, but know guys who have and the reviews aren't that great.
Chev/GM. Doesn't seem like the snazzy choice these days, but I love the "AUTO" option available. Dodge and Ford don't have this. AWD in the city, while still able to turn a corner.
My personal ranking:
1. Ford (I'm basing this off of hype alone, as I haven't owned/driven one)
2. Chev/GM
3. Dodge
