Time for a big shakeup. Going a different route - instead of lateral moves I am going to look for younger downgrade + good prospect deals, unless lateral makes more sense.

I would like to keep my defensive core of Letang, Carlson, Gardiner, Fowler but I would not be opposed to moving them in the right deal.
Same goes for Spezza and M.Richards. They are the only 2 guys simming well for me but they can go.
