I think of instead of banning fighting, Hockey Canada should tell all minor league players that if they can record a coach or document a coach saying that you must fight this guy or any of that crap, that the coach will be immediately fired and can never coach again, permanently banned.
They have all these ridiculous programs to stop the odd rotten parent but nothing in place to stop bully meathead coaches that can ruin careers or even lives.
