Abbotsford and Chilliwack are essentially one market and they had no problem chasing the Bruins out when the Heat moved in.
Saskatoon is a growing city with too much potential for the AHL to ignore.
I am not sure how Billings or Montana in general would work.... do they have the flight network to support an AHL team?
