Colborne has been getting better - his faceoff percentage has improved - more confidence with the puck - and some points
Baertschi is making the same mistakes over and over again - he has a lot of talent but isnt learning to do the required things - like getting the puck deep or out of the zone consistently - and not a lot of points
Its up to the player to prove that he is listening to the coach - if he doesnt agree with the coach or change then accept what happens to you - press box or limited ice time.
