The BBM ratings were delayed and here is the reason why.

"Effective December 3rd, 2013 (the broadcast week of November 18-24, 2013), BBM Canada's Top Program reports will be based on final data (live viewing plus seven days of PVR playback). Prior to this, the reports were based on overnight data (live viewing plus same-day PVR playback). As the popularity of PVR's has grown, so too has the amount of PVR playback for many programs. This final data will provide a more complete picture of TV audiences."
