Oddly enough, I think this may be more of a hurt for a good number of existing Rogers employees than for TSN employees.
TSN has been the hockey leader and has long attracted the better talent. With that talent likely now available, I think RSN will have to look at on air options that may not have been available previously.
Frankly, I'd take 90% of the TSN guys over their RSN comparable.
