You can't cherry pick one guy in thousands and use him as an example for patience. He's a major outlier, not a promise that Jankowski will ever live up to his "best player in the draft" moniker.
I believe the kid has a tonne of raw talent. The problem isnt that he is just incosistent, its that he is listless. His level of compete in most games is very low.
