I know nothing about these other than that Sennheiser is a pretty well respected brand. Does anybody know what the main differences are? Is it worth the extra $50 to get the PXC 250 II?

I'm mostly planning to use these at my desk at work which is a fairly quiet environment most of the time plus some travelling, so I don't necessarily need complete noise cancellation. I'm also going to using my iPhone as the source so if you're an audiophile that wants to answer "it doesn't matter it's going to sound like garbage anyway" that's fine too
Interesting. The image on the flyer and model# associated with it refers to the PXC310 which are the wireless models normally at $299.

The 360HD looks to have some complaints about the pressure on the ears, so if you have a large head/glasses you may want to stay away. Even if you don't use the noise canceling function at the office, it's quite handy when you're traveling. Being very portable, it's hard not to go for the PXC310's.
