Although reading the NHL tweet it says no 'further' blackouts... so it just may mean no change to what is currently in place. I doubt TSN would be allowed to show Jets game nationwide.

It kind of reads like all games on Wed, Sat, and Sunday will be shown nationally without regional blackouts.
But Rogers has bought in market and out of market rights for all games except Winnipeg, so they may be able to sell this however they like. I'd expect a rather large bump in carriage fees for the Sportnet networks to be passed on to cable and sat bills.
