I rather doubt that any resident of Calgary can fully comply with the bylaw, as it seems to be overbroad and overinclusive.
For example, how can anyone restrict
any soil or sediment from ever entering the storm drainage system? The City itself probably violates that bylaw prohibition every time it rains.
