He is allowed to voice his opinion. The problem is, people take what he says as fact, becuase of his "Documentaries". Documentaries are supposed to be based on fact, no one person's perception of the "truth".

All documentaries are biased toward the person who makes them...Undeniable fact.
Moore is not alone in what he does - he just does it on a more grandiose scale.
