Really looks like there are only 4 great teams in the NFL, with Denver and New England in the AFC and Seattle and New Orleans in the NFC. Then you got teams like Kansas City, Carolina and Arizona who are a level or two below that. Then you got a whole bunch of mediocre teams fighting it out for the remaining spots.
How are KC and NE different? New England early this gear was a mirror image of Kansas City, their D won them games. Now they have lots of injuries on Defence and are winning with Brady having Gronk back on offence. I would say there is Denver, Seattle and New Orleans at the top.
