Well i'm totally guilty. I was just blasting my music and not paying attention. It was at 1030pm at nite. I don't think they will lower my ticket. $124.
I just love it when after they give you this fine, they smile and say "have a nice day"!
Oh well at least they didn't catch me not yielding to a pedestrian. A friend got a $280 ticket for that. That's like 35 dozen krispy kremes.
