I've only spent one day in Victoria, and on that day in the span of about 6 hours I saw human poop on the ground three times. Once in the middle of the sidewalk, once in a museum washroom, and once in a parking structure.

All I can associate with that city is that it looks nice, but people just poop wherever they want.
