Let's hear some WTH moments. Here's one I had a little more than a year ago.

I was out for my lunchtime walk and looked up a side street and about 50 feet back from the corner I saw a car parked on the side of the road with the 4-way flashers on. I looked again and three guys get out of the car and are looking at the tire but the strange thing is that they were dressed up like muppets. There was a fourth guy sitting in the back of the car who was also dressed like a muppet.
