I've had next day service from Snoday in Cochrane. As Yzerman mentioned, get your own gear. You can get the tools and wax for <$100 and can do a full tune in less than an hour. A garage is great, but it can be done over a kitchen sink in a pinch (hint: use saran wrap or a garbage bag to plug the drain and catch the scrapings). Doing it on your own pays for itself after a few tunes, and can easily be done the night before heading to the mountains.

Kuu has tuning manuals online, or I'm sure there's more than enough youtube tutorials.
