I'm so pissed at Future Shop. I got an email that my business card that I use every single damn day to do multiple transactions could not be authorized. I called customer support and he advised me to contact my Visa company...I was like wtf ...tell me what part of the information is wrong...he's like .. we dont have that information....Then I gave him a brand new credit card...and told him to process that...right simple?....Nope he says that he can just update the information but the billing process will be done automatically when they try to authorize my new card??? WTF what kind of #### customer service is that?? You cant authorize my credit card over the phone and now expect me to sit here waiting for the next time you try to authorize payment??? He's like oh it should be tonight.

What a dumb ####ing company.
