is this exciting for Flame fans? Not knowing how to play defence is exciting? We are the softest team in the NHL and that isn't exciting to me. Even when we win we play horrid defence.
So laugh at Edmonton all you want about their defensive woes but look at this team and don't make excuses because our defence is now rated last in the league. That is at least partially the coaches's fault. Or do you believe our team just has terrible luck in goaltending? Because Kipper's stats last year were also bad under Hartley. That's not the goalies that's the system.

Again, it's a mix. You're too focused on what it must be to realise what it is. Edmonton is funny because they have a significantly more talented team than we do, and if they played a responsible defensive game then they would still be able to score. Us? We have one of the least talented rosters in the NHL.
But hey, if you're into watching Phoenix Coyotes hockey, then good for you. I'm a realist, this is a rebuild, I'm cool with dropping games as long as they are fun to watch. There have been some games where that isn't the case, but I've enjoyed most games.
I suppose people like yourself forget that hockey is entertainment. So go be bored out of your mind watching Phoenix win if that's what does it for you.
To me, that kind of hockey is like the missionary position. It'll get you there, but it's not much of a ride. I guess it's Vanilla icecream and turtlenecks for you, all in the name of that W.
