In all seriousness, does no one see an insane repeating trend on CP and in Calgary? Coach comes in, Coach is the savior. Team struggles, burn him at the stake. GM comes in, GM is the savior. Team struggles, burn him at the stake.
This is not an issue that ditching Hartly can fix. The players aren't good enough right now. And the GM is doing the best he can with a stigma of a - a western team, b- a non playoff western team and c - non LA summer all year playoff contender team.
these are uphill battles. Changing staff constantly is ridiculous.
