Big Capitalist insurance companies are never going to be dictated to in this country. It's happening every day in huge organizations. Obamacare is imposing ridiculous taxes and fees on each person a company insures, and they aren't going to pay it- so that means no insurance coverage, which means having to apply for obamacare, which is impossible because the web site is broke, and the obamacare premiums are 2,3 times more what I was paying before.
My kid tore his acl four weeks ago and he had surgery right away, his pt isn't covered by insurance because it's too much paperwork with all of the new regulations. You pay $50/session 3X week or you don't get it. Obama has the a good heart, but he's naive. He doesn't understand that capitalism is the foundation of this country and big business, not the democrats, republicans or Presidents, will always make the rules. If he puts something into place, they'll just make a rule that says they don't have to follow it. For example, my kids can now be covered while the go to college. Insurance company says 'Well, we'll fix that, we just won't offer coverage for dependents.' Problem fixed.
