I wouldn't worry too much about any NHL executive measuring what Stempniak (or Butler for that matter) can bring to the table for a playoff run based on the tiny sample of 11 playoff games.
Even the worst NHL GM isn't that much of an idiot. They will likely look at his production this year on a bad team as more of the indicator as to what he'd bring.
