Here is how I break down the three goals that were given up by Berra.
1st one - He over compensated in his movements and lost himself in the net. This opened up a decent chunk of space for Eberle to put it in.
2nd one - That was just a very weird goal. In the ten years I've been going to games I don't recall the glass being used as a way to center the puck over the net like that.
3rd one - That was a bad goal. However, stuff like that occasionally happens. That's why it's never a bad idea to throw the puck at the net from there once in a while as it can pinball into the net.
All in all, Berra had a very good first two periods a bad goal, a fluke and an oddball goal that he should've had. It sucks, but the worse thing is that he is the best thing we have at the moment.
