I've watched the last few games. The "kids" are getting plenty of ice time. The way he's handling Reinhart and Ferlund particularly is excellent. He has Ferlund playing with Ben street (which is the top line) and you can tell that has really helped his confidence. He looks like a very solid prospect right now.

Ward is doing a fine job...people need to relax.
