Any veteran on next year's team needs to be good.... at least as good or better than David Jones, Hudler, Glencross, Gio, Smid, Wideman. Anyone else is just a Place holder... Like Stajan and Stempniak, Galliardi, OBrien, Smith and Butler are this year.
