THe whole accountability thing is great and all but the team is pretty bad. Who is he calling out exactly? They need to play better, well ya but they're playing as well as they can, they just aren't tallented. The team is small and can't stand up physically to skilled teams and they're not skilled enough to keep up with other skilled teams. Anyone can call out the team but if you're going to do it, you should lead by example and brushing his -3 under the carpet can't be done here. It's not like MacDonald calling out the team but what did Stempniak really do that was better than anyone else?
