30 oz brandy
5 oz tawny port
70 oz milk
15 oz cream
5 oz sugar syrup
20 egg yolk
nutmeg
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.
Makes 20 drinks.
